This was one of the most meaningful part in 13 Reasons Why for me because I believe Hannah explains herself and the situation that she's in, very well and that what she said there, is actually true. This picture and paragraph in general speaks for itself.

13 Reason Why was a bit hard to read at times, I have to admit because whenever the topic of suicide comes up, I get a bit emotional because overall, it's a touchy subject. On the other hand, I found this book very interesting, and a book that I just couldn't put down and trust me, I don't say that about many books.

There's many things that can cause a person to be depressed and later on to actually having depression, but it's usually after a long period of time and events that have occurred, which may lead a person to having suicidal thoughts to even a decision. Many people say "actions speak louder than words", but I disagree. I feel like words are equal to actions, and they could both strongly affect someone, emotionally and physically. But I'm not going to focus so much on the negative side at this point in time. One thing you do or say to someone could affect their day or even for longer. So why not make it a positive things? From put ups to random acts of kindness.

“We accept the love we think we deserve.”

“So, this is my life. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I'm still trying to figure out how that could be.”

“Things change. And friends leave. Life doesn't stop for anybody.”

“So, I guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons. And maybe we'll never know most of them. But even if we don't have the power to choose where we come from, we can still choose where we go from there. We can still do things. And we can try to feel okay about them.”

I'm not going to go into too much details about this but this movie has got to be one of the best movies out there or at least that's what I think. And I can't wait to start reading the book, which the film is based off of. The experiences and emotions the main character goes through(Charlie), really did  impact me while watching the movie and even afterwards and there were also certain things I could relate to, mainly emotion/feeling wise. The Perks of Being a Wallflower shows some high and lows of growing up and about love, loss, fear and hope. I would highly recommend this movie; teens to adults who hasn't watched this movie to watch it.

Finally, after having my braces for over 2 years...I'm brace-less! Ever since I got them off(last week), I can't help but smile all the time and at everyone. Don't get me wrong, I smiled when I didn't have braces yet and when I had braces and they weren't too bad but it feels so nice and free without them. So because of this I decided to do pros and cons on having/getting braces and here they are!

Pros: The end result; having straight teeth and a beautiful smile. Missing classes for the appointments(except Futures Forum of course).

Cons: They are expensive. You can't eat certain foods. Have to have them for quite a long time. Food gets stuck in them easily. Have to get it tightened every month(hurts for a couple days). The brackets may cut your gums. Takes long to clean/floss every night. After getting them off, you have to wear a retainer.

Even though there are way more cons than pros, I still think it's totally worth it to get braces if they are needed! Having a nice smile for the rest of your life beats having braces for a max of 3 years!

I'm really glad I got the chance to go to TedxYouth@Waterloo, it was a great experience. There were many incredible speakers that day, my personal favourites were Holly Painter and Richard McLean. I was definitely inspired and listening to the speakers really showed me different perspectives and outlook on things such as "home". For me home is when I'm with family.  Home can be a place, feeling or anything else and it's different for each individual.

There were no dull moments during our day at The Chrysalids Theatre. I enjoyed the breaks where we had the opportunity to talk to other students and people who were there as well. We handed out our business cards(promoting our blogs and twitter handle) and took pictures with some people we went up to and met. Overall, it was a great day & if I had another opportunity to go I absolutely would!

Wonderwall- Someone you find yourself thinking about all the time, the person you are completely infatuated with.

"True love will triumph in the end- which may or may not be a lie, but if it is a lie, then it's the most beautiful lie we know." -John Green

Sadly this is not my picture, but I thought it represented the quote and word very well. This is also one of my favourite picture from Tumblr.

This isn't like any of my ordinary blog post, in this post I will be sharing some of my thoughts and feelings; just about anything. So here its goes...

1. It bothers me when people are  unnecessarily mean. I feel like there's already enough unhappiness in the world without more people adding to it.

2."Originality" does that word exist anymore?

3. Without your family, friends/peers and anyone else in your life, you wouldn't be who you are today. & Consider this: nothing would be the same if you did not exist.

Everyone has something they really enjoy doing, which may or may not turn into an obsession. And most of us have small or big habits that we may not notice until we catch ourselves doing that certain thing a lot or someone mentioning it to us then realizing. Here is a list of six things that are either my habits or obsession.

1. Shopping
2.Eating
3.Talking in third person
4.Singing & singing randomly
5.Saying things out loud, when thinking it
6.Sleeping & staying in bed

Feel free to comment what yours are!

Wanderlust- A desire to travel, to understand one's very existence.
I absolutely love this word and the meaning behind it. Obviously, travelling is a passion of mine. I started at a young age, when I was 6 years old and traveled half way across the world with my parents. The first time I went by myself was of the age of 8. Those 4 pictures up there are from Varadero Cuba in 2009, when I went with my family. Cuba was amazing, from the people to the beaches/pools to the food,  so I would go back any day . This was my little brothers first time being on a plane and leaving Canada, I was very excited for him and that it was our first family trip. There are so many places that I want to visit such as Jamaica, France and Switzerland. And I really hope I get a chance too someday.

Serendipity- "happy accident" or "pleasant surprise", the accident of finding something good without looking.

I thought this picture was a perfect definition of serendipity for me, we adopted Coco from the humane society, he was a stray before he was found. Coco brings joy to my family and now he's in a forever home.
